I absolutely loved the AC. it kept the room super comfortable! My balcony had this cool vibe, but the cleaning staff was a bit too early for my taste. 🙈

99 Oldtown Boutique Guesthouse provided a unique stay with its charming wooden decor and traditional touch throughout. The location couldn't be better, with the Thalang Road Walking Night Market right outside. I loved sipping tea in the common area next to the koi pond, enjoying the tranquil vibe amid the hustle of the market. The shared balcony room offered an amazing view, blending privacy and community nicely. Food options are plentiful just steps away, and I appreciated the clean room and polished concrete bathroom, though it lacked bench space for toiletries. An early check-in was a pleasant surprise, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. However, noise from adjacent rooms was quite disruptive, which diminished the otherwise relaxed atmosphere. I found the lack of coffee-making facilities in the room inconvenient. Overall, 99 Oldtown Boutique is great for short stays, but could use some soundproofing and added amenities.

We had an awesome time together! The place was perfect for our group, with easy access to Queen Sirikij Public Park and tons of food options nearby. The AC kept us comfortable, and we loved the quirky charm of the guesthouse.
One downside was the cleaning service. They only came once a day, usually in the morning, which wasn’t ideal for us since we liked to sleep in a bit.

the place had a quaint charm, but I could hear everything from the next room! the air conditioning was weak and noisy, barely able to cool the room. I almost considered giving a good review, but I expected a free upgrade or a thank you gift for tolerating the constant racket. not my best experience, that’s for sure.

charming, charming, charming
The garden area was a tranquil oasis that offered a lovely escape from the bustling streets. The Standard Queen Room was cozy, with a beautifully comfortable bed and an amazing view from the balcony. Staying right on the night market street was great, as I could explore all the local culture and food just steps away.
would recommend 😊❤️

The hotel had a charming atmosphere that really
brought the essence of Old Town Phuket to life. The wood floors and stained glass windows were delightful. However, I felt the thin walls made it a bit noisy at times. The location is prime for exploring.

Oh man, those freshly baked cookies were a total game changer! Plus, the Polished concrete bathroom was such a sleek twist. It's a perfect base to dive into the vibrant Thalang Road Walking Night Market. The air conditioning was on point too, keeping us cool during those warm Phuket nights!
Now, the walls were quite thin, so a few noises crept in from next door. And leaving valuables felt a tad worrisome with no safe in sight. But honestly, the charm of the place totally makes up for it!
